Time Frame on Shipments - Most orders are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours with the exception of large scale orders, customized items (such as engraved pendants), or Fine Jewelry which ships out within 1 - 4 weeks. After the item has shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery unless you selected FedEx 2-Day Air for the shipping option. If you need something overnighted we may be able to accommodate that request on a case-by-case basis. Email us to find out.
We ship within the U.S. If you would like delivery anywhere else, please contact us and we will e-mail you the terms and conditions.
Shipping rates are calculated by total and if a discount is used, the rate will be based on the pre-discounted total.
